this is the 2nd time staying at one of their Airbnb apartments! both me n my friends are very happy to stay at such nice n clean places! host are very responsible on replying and updating us on everything! one of the best airbnb we stayed in all other countries. highly recommended !

This is a fantastic place to escape right in the heart of Bangkok. The townhouse is beautifully decorated, stylish, and cozy.(i stayed in 2 of his townhouse, both are great) Sadek was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Ordering delivery through Grab was a breeze, and there are some excellent restaurants within a 15-minute walk. While the location is a bit far from the sky train and subway, using Grab or a taxi is quite affordable. I would definitely recommend this place to friends

We had a wonderful stay thanks to Sadek’s exceptional service and flexibility. His responses were unbelievably fast, and everything we needed was provided right away. The thoughtful touches like free snacks, coffee, water, and even fresh fruits made us feel very welcome, and the “crazy fridge DJ” with its great bass was a fun highlight that everyone enjoyed. Even though the weather was not on our side, Sadek ensured we were comfortable and well taken care of, delivering extras like water and fresh towels promptly whenever we needed. The stay came with everything we could possibly ask for umbrellas, a bike, an iron, and a fully equipped kitchen. We also loved the spacious layout and enjoyed the natural light streaming in through the glass roof pleasant space to relax in. Sadek’s flexibility made all the difference, from allowing early check-in to letting us store our luggage until our evening flight. Thanks to him, we enjoyed every moment despite the rainy weather. Highly recommended

Our stay was great. The house is clean and has everything you could wish for and more. The owner left gifts and was always in touch. Caring, friendly, respectful - it was all there. Quiet neighborhood, the design of the house is gorgeous. We remember with warmth and longing our stay in this home. Thank you!

Sadek's place was awesome. He was very responsive and it was as advertised. He was helpful on recommending local restaurants and other activities near by. The house was nice and clean. There was even snacks for us. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful sanctuary in the heart of a prime bangkok area! It’s hard to believe you’re so central as the street and home is very quiet. Sadek is a great host and very accommodating to everything we asked for going the extra mile. Definitely keen to check out his other properties.

Das Apartment hat 3 stöcke, 6 Schlafplätze und 2 bäder. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung und kann dieses Aprtment nur Empfehlen. Der Gastgeber stellt auch genug trinkwasser bereit das fande ich sehr lieb 🥰

Sadek's house is as beautiful as the pictures posted. Sadek is very responsive and helpful, providing guidance before the trip, on the day of booking and on the night before the booking ends. The stay felt almost like a hotel stay with bathroom kits provided, shampoo, soap, towels, slippers and many more. I'd recommend anyone who appreciates staying in a beautifully designed house to go for it. The thoughtfulness of the host can be felt - switch games, netflix, charging pods that don't need adapter, cutlery, water etc. Thank you Sadek for the great stay, my friends and I enjoyed it very much!

Sadek’s place was fantastic! Great location, while still being quiet and peaceful. There were some snacks and water on arrival, which was very appreciated. The host checked in frequently to make sure we were OK. All in all, it was a great place to stay. Airbnb’s can be a bit hit or miss these days (hope they don’t censor this) but Sadek’s place is what Airbnbs used to be and we loved it! Thanks again!
