On the first floor, you'll find a large 75-inch TV with access to popular streaming services such as Netflix, HBO, Disney, and Prime, as well as a spacious living area with a 6-8 seat glass and wood dining table, a fully equipped open kitchen, an elegant powder room with vintage-inspired details, and an outdoor deck at the entrance of the house, providing a great place to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The second floor is home to two large bedrooms, each with their own unique atmosphere. Sadek’s place is absolutely stunning! Beautiful and clean place to stay in. Excellent communication and they even left water and snacks which came in handy especially after a long flight. I took a last minute flight to Phuket and was worried I’d have to pay for a different hotel just to store my luggage’s. I messaged Sadek and they accommodated my luggage’s in a storage room until I returned. You don’t know how much this helped, I really appreciate everything and how accommodating you were. 5+ stars, you will be highly satisfied if you book Sadek’s place.

Es ist eine geniale Unterkunft, Ruhig aber trotzdem zentral gelegen . Das Design und die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr schön und hochwertig. Man fühlt sich auch in der Umgebung zu jederzeit sicher. Der Gastgeber ist immer zu erreichen . Die Betten einfach ein Traum. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt .

The house is located at: - 2.5km from the BTS Sky train - 150m from the boat station (goes straight to central world/ Siam) - 1.5km from Emquartier Mall - 500m from Camilian hospital - Major touristic attractions such as Wat Arun are on the other side of town. - Moto taxi, Grab and Bolt app are the best way to move around. I can arrange motorbike rental or a driver with car or van upon request. - For large groups (6 people), I recommend to use Muvmi app. It's a popular service of EV Tuktuk in the neighborhood. The vehicles are brand new and can accommodate 6 people.
