On the first floor, you'll find a large 75-inch TV with access to popular streaming services such as Netflix, HBO, Disney, and Prime, as well as a spacious living area with a 6-8 seat glass and wood dining table, a fully equipped open kitchen, an elegant powder room with vintage-inspired details, and an outdoor deck at the entrance of the house, providing a great place to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The second floor is home to two large bedrooms, each with their own unique atmosphere. A shared bathroom with a rain shower is also located on this floor, providing the perfect setting for a luxurious and relaxing experience. Finally, the third floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, featuring a stone bath, a walk-in closet, a semi-open bathroom, and a home theater. Whether you're looking to unwind after a long day or simply enjoy some quiet time, the master bedroom is the perfect retreat. Each room also has its own private balcony, allowing you to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Thonglor. Sadek was extremely hospitable and responsive as a host. We did a last min booking for our accommodation as our previous airbnb host did not respond to us, but Sadek responded within 10min to confirm that the home was available. The house was so beautiful and peaceful, it felt like a Japanese Sanctuary. It looks even better in real life. I would highly recommend this place for anyone travelling to Bangkok.

We stayed here for almost a month and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience — Sadek is an exceptional host and truly went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, gracious, attentive, and incredibly kind. He was always available and genuinely cared that we were comfortable and taken care of. When we had a brief internet issue, he resolved it immediately. He also helped us with packages and deliveries and even arranged a beautiful rental car for us to get to the airport, which made our departure completely stress-free. The space itself was very well maintained, comfortable, and a pleasure to live in — we absolutely loved our stay. Sadek has truly spoiled us for future Airbnb hosts, and I can’t recommend him or this property highly enough. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a place not to be missed. Tucked in a quiet corner of Thong Lor, iwas close enough to everything but you could still escape to a peaceful spot at the end of the day. I cannot say enough good things about Sadek and Annabelle. Super responsive and friendly. They have a guide for the neighborhood and using the canal ferries that was super helpful. Lovely people. Great homebase to explore Bangkok.

We really enjoyed our stay - Sadek’s instructions were super clear + he also made sure that the house was prepped with snacks, drinks as well as being super organized and clean. It was a very smooth experience and we would be happy to stay here when we’re in BKK next!

The house is located at: - 2.5km from the BTS Sky train - 150m from the boat station (goes straight to central world/ Siam) - 1.5km from Emquartier Mall - 500m from Camilian hospital - Major touristic attractions such as Wat Arun are on the other side of town. - Moto taxi, Grab and Bolt app are the best way to move around. I can arrange motorbike rental or a driver with car or van upon request. - For large groups (6 people), I recommend to use Muvmi app. It's a popular service of EV Tuktuk in the neighborhood. The vehicles are brand new and can accommodate 6 people.
