We traveled as a group of 6 visiting Bangkok for the first time and booked two villas to ensure everyone was comfortable. We were fortunate to find that Sadek owned multiple properties in the same area, which made coordinating everything much easier. The villa looked exactly like the photos—clean, stylish, and well-kept. We were greeted with plenty of snacks, fresh fruit, and bottled water, which was a great touch. Sadek’s team was polite, professional, and always respectful of our space.

I would give 10 star to Sadek's home if I could. My family of 5 had an amazing time at his home. Decor is tasteful and the house is very well-equipped. He even left a bike for us to ride around, the kids stay at home could play Nintendo and various board games. The location is central yet very quiet, we ordered Grab food and they could find us no problems. The water taxi pick up station that takes us straight to Central World (in about 20 mins) is just a short walk from the house. The house itself is nice and clean. We asked for extra towels and they were delivered faster than at a regular hotel. The local guide that Sadek curated himself is very detailed, thoughtful. Overall, we are very pleased with this experience and would definitely come back again.
