Aside from the beautiful place, the hosts were extremely thoughtful and made the entire experience/stay such a memorable one! From super clear instructions to the small gestures (leaving us some fruits/snacks, letting us use their scooter/nintendo switch, etc.), it was a great experience and will definitely be returning!

We traveled as a group of 6 visiting Bangkok for the first time and booked two villas to ensure everyone was comfortable. We were fortunate to find that Sadek owned multiple properties in the same area, which made coordinating everything much easier.
The villa looked exactly like the photos—clean, stylish, and well-kept. We were greeted with plenty of snacks, fresh fruit, and bottled water, which was a great touch. Sadek’s team was polite, professional, and always respectful of our space.

I would give 10 star to Sadek's home if I could.
My family of 5 had an amazing time at his home.
Decor is tasteful and the house is very well-equipped. He even left a bike for us to ride around, the kids stay at home could play Nintendo and various board games.
The location is central yet very quiet, we ordered Grab food and they could find us no problems. The water taxi pick up station that takes us straight to Central World (in about 20 mins) is just a short walk from the house.
The house itself is nice and clean. We asked for extra towels and they were delivered faster than at a regular hotel.
The local guide that Sadek curated himself is very detailed, thoughtful.
Overall, we are very pleased with this experience and would definitely come back again.

Our stay here was amazing! The place is stylish, spacious, clean, overall just a really comfortable and fun place to stay. The only negative is that it’s far from public transportation. Grab is cheap but sometimes took a long time to assign us a driver (not sure if that’s the norm), so we had to plan around that. The place is close to a street with a couple cute restaurants, coffee shops, and 7-eleven for quick needs. I think the trade off is worth it to stay in such a beautiful home! Highly recommend

We enjoyed staying at the Chic Loft. It was as pictured and even better in person. Sadek was a gracious host. He went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed got addressed in a timely manner. He stayed on top of communication and was always around and available for any questions or demands we had. The loft is in a quiet neighborhood but accessible to many great restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Sadek’s place was a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a quiet area but still in the center of BKK. Everything we wanted to do was about 20-25 minutes ride from the loft.
