Good to know

The first floor features an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, TV/sofa area, and laundry area. Step outside onto the spacious outdoor deck to enjoy the fresh air and relax in the sun. The second floor features two bedrooms with unique design and color themes, each with a private balcony and king-size bed. A shared bathroom is conveniently located between the two bedrooms. The third floor is a fully open space with a canopy bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and private balcony. Guests have the option to switch to two twin beds in one of the bedrooms.

We also offer an optional minivan with driver for comfortable day trips in and around Bangkok. The vehicle is a premium Denza D9 MPV — quiet, smooth, and spacious — perfect for up to 6 guests (plus the driver). Wow. What a spot. Exquisite. Curated by a truly talented and soulful designer. Looks exactly like the pics. I travel and stay at ABNBs a lot all over the world. This, hands down, goes into the Favorites category. It was a joy continually finding new things after entering a room several times 🙌🏽 Beds so comfy - we slept hard! - good water pressure, HOT water, well equipped kitchen though we ordered out a lot which was easy through Grab. Late night food, no problem. The townhome feels city center but like it was dropped into the quietest nook tucked as it is on the small local street parallel to the main road. Hint: drive into gate & to the end of the small road. Turn left. The home is near the end of the cul de sac. Also not recommended for ppl w/ mobility issues. All bedrooms are upstairs and there’s a lot of stairs. Sadek was amazing, thoughtful (thanks for the DELICIOUS mangosteens & rambutans), and generous (my friend loooved the bike!). Very friendly, helpful, and responsive in a quick manner. Lovely home. Very clean. Staff also was helpful and friendly. Also he hooked us up with our very own driver for the duration of our stay for a reasonable fare who was helpful and safe. Definitely will stay here again when I visit and recommend anyone else to. Btw, the house is exactly as pictured…. Modern, Sheik, Designed Well, Very European meets Thailand Vibe…. I love it and so will you

This was our second villa with Sadek during our Bangkok stay, and the experience was just as great. The home matched the listing perfectly, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Gorgeous place ! We enjoyed this Airbnb very much. Everything you need, and more. The space was very clean and beautifully decorated. We took the boat to Pratunam, which was great, and only a short walk to pick up pier. Very nice recommendations in the area. Many Japanese restaurants and eateries. Its good to have Grab App to book transport as is not on main road. Host was super helpful and responsive. Its on 3 levels, so consider stairs, for us was no problem at all. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at this nicely decorated loft! The whole house is tastefully designed, well maintained, and meets all we need as a comfortable and yet interesting place to stay for a family vacation. We will absolutely rebook if we come back to visit Bangkok and recommend it to our friends!

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. I booked this place for our family to hang out in Bangkok with local family/friends. The place is beautiful - exactly as you see in the photos. Sadek is very responsive throughout our stay. We had cleaning service and bottled water refills as well. Would stay here again next time.

Parking Guests can park their vehicles inside or outside the house. Transportation The BTS and MRT stations are not within walking distance (2.5km). It is recommended to take a taxi (Grab), EV Tuk Tuk, or boat (to avoid traffic). EV Bike and Scooter I provide one EV bike and one scooter for guests to use.
